I will write here all the maps that are worthy of attention, and ofc if u want u can add it all, but if u cant add too much maps, we can create a vote pool and choose a maps from my list. (some maps are already in mr but are good). Dear IceOps, as you might have noticed, IceOps as to how it is now, is going nowhere. After discussing the future of IceOps with Joker, we agreed that changes have to be made in order to restore being a real Clan. We have seen a lot in the past and evaluated what the causes were for the ups and downs. Currently, there are many who aren't active anymore, hardly represent IceOps and some intolerated behaviours occur here and then. We know not everyone will agree on how we will proceed, but we discussed in lengths the pro's and con's and still came to the following conclusion on how to reform IceOps new: All memberships except for the IceOps-Staff are going to be revoked on Sunday 12th March 2017. Meaning, you are now a former member. If you still want to be part of this Clan, as being part of a full functional clan, you may reapply again. Each application will be reviewed and discussed within the IceOps-Staff. A re-application does not mean you are going to be auto-accepted. Final decisions on your application will be announced by a member of the Clan Leaders Group. Keep in mind that this reform and action is nothing personal. It was long overdue and needs to be done in hopes, to bring IceOps back on track. To all who aren't active and will probably read this too late or never: Thank you for your time, work and contributions to IceOps. As you know, we appreciated your company and when you feel like coming back, we are looking forward to it! Time for a fresh start. - The IceOps-Staff Ps.: IceMods are not affected by this. The poll is set up by @Mighty Jayster. There will come more game's that will be added to the list. Would be great to extend to other consoles like Ps4 And Xbox. T'was a good few years being a part of the clan, and even more as a player. But I can no longer dedicate time to gaming in any real capacity. Not to mention it's hardly the place I once knew around here when I was active. Thank you to the people who made much of my adolescent gaming years what they were. But I guess that's it for me and IceOps.

Hey there everyone! Hereby an update about the things that were going on last few days. Everyone may have noticed that IceOps got taken down. This all caused by an intruder who acted like he was our other leader @Lookout and gave other staff members orders. He gained himself acces to this account after discovering a bug which let him upload posts in behalve of an other account. He framed me, Aquiz, and kicked me out. Afterwards he deleted my account and I was not able to do the story nor do some research. After speaking to our staff and other clan-members it became clear that everyone believed it was not me and they believed i got set up. Due to the help of our Founder @Ninja, we gained the evidence and discovered who caused all this mess. The person who caused this deleted as many servers and data from our servers as he could, but with fast acting of Ninja the damage done has been set to a minimum. The person who caused all this mess is Waalaboom. Waalaboom is restricted from accesing IceOps in ANY kind of way. With the help of backups and the knowledge of Ninja we managed to get the website up again, teamspeak running and 3 of our servers up again. The rest will follow as soon as possible wherever it is possible. Ninja will help IceOps to get the broken pieces together, which is a true sign of dedication eventhough he was not an official part of IceOps anymore. Thank you very much Ninja! We are really sad that this occasion happend to us, since everyone in IceOps and the community around it is working as hard as they can to keep IceOps a safe and nice place. It is sad to see that a lonewolf tried to ruin it for everyone. But guess what? You wont get IceOps down that easily. IceOps will come back and will get even stronger! Hey there everyone, I have three new announcements for everyone today! One is unfortunately a little less happily message, we have to let members go due to lack of inactivity. First of all, we have to let go the inactive members to create an active constituency. These members will be included; - Lookout - Fisher - Grondverf - Joey - Blackshark All of the above listed persons are more than welcome to reapply when they are back at their activity level. So now lets move up to the more fun part of this post! Due to popular request from our player base in our servers we decided to create a screenshot system for the regular players. The players are only able to take two screenshots each game. If they can see someone is hacking they are able to report the offense to our forums. However there are limitations. To prevent abuse, for our admins and for our server activity, you will not be able to request a screenshot of yourself PLUS every player can be screenshotted only two times at max! So, lets take Leiizko as an example. Since we all know he is using hacks, we are going to get a screenshot from his point of view. This according to the following steps: You will be able to request a screenshot of another player by typing "$pbss <player name>/<player slot number>" in chat. For example if someone were to request a screenshot of Leiizko, he would have to type "$pbss Leiizko" or "$pbss 0" in chat, where 0 would be the slot number of the player you are requesting a screenshot from. The Slot number can switch every round and be found by typing "$ministatus" in chat/console and looking at console output. You can also type a part of the nickname, for example "$pbss leiiz". Once you have requested a screenshot it might take some time for it to complete. Once the screenshot is successfully taken, you will be able to access it at this website. If you find a player to be cheating, you can contact an admin with direct link to the screenshot or file a player report, again with direct link to the screenshot in question. Note: this is a primeur for the whole COD4 world, make sure to use it in a proper way. If not so, we can easily pull the plug of this idea and go back to the old system!! Lastly due to Promod server being constantly empty we have switched it to a normal Free for All mode to let players have quick and fun matches. @Stu you have a responsibility as an server moderator to set an good example! If someone is indeed provoking you don't start talking trash back. Not even what your doing here in this thread: calling a player moronic. If they start provoking you can point them to our rules and if they continue to do so, you can tempban them. But don't go with them and start talking trash back at them. @ScarFace Don't try to provoke members and moderators as its an rule we have here. This can lead into a ban. Keep that in mind.

Hey there everyone! As you all may have noticed I could not keep the work up all by myself and IceOps was in lack of coding knowledge. An update to our clan is needed to ensure IceOps' life in the future, therefore the staff made some decisions. At first; Leiizko is gonna join my side and is gonna help me lead IceOps! His knowledge and his experience is such an huge value. Leiizko will make sure everyone he will get known to every single one of you, and if you have questions, feel free to ask him He will announce himself where he will tell something about himself. This decision was well overthought, so no worries about a Hijack. Leiizko will support me and help me with the lead and will be helping us aiming at other games. The second; Wolfman will be leading a pilot!; IceOps Aiming at other Games. This pilot game will be........ DayZ! He will take the lead on creating a new section of IceOps. Eventually these DayZ players have to apply to IceOps as well. If their application gets accepted they are fully integrated clan members as well (After they passed their trail of course) They will recieve the IceOps badge on the forums but also a badge where everyone can see that they are a DayZ player. This applies to the COD4 players as well. Vice Versa. So, if you feel like you have a game where IceOps can't be missed at and like taking the lead in that project? Bring up a nice strategic plan and send it to the Leizko or me and we will take it in discussion! Ok... Unfortunately we have some sad news as well.. Okay the explosions part is not really fixable. There is no way of knowing if a player is inside a building or not, airstrike does try to predict that, which is the sole reason why it is so random at killing you. Other hardpoints (AGM, Drone, Arty) will just flat out kill you if you're in range for the sake of consistency - also a good tool to kill those pesky campers in houses. The KILL sign - UAV Jammer actually counters that. If you have it you won't be marked. Helicopter counting toward kill streak was actually a bug and has been fixed, piloted one has been nerfed. You should be able to kill it much faster now and also lasts 1 minute less. That being said we will do a experiment regarding hardpoints. For the few next days it will be based off a shop system. Let us know how that feels and whether it should stay for good. Thank you for your feedback.

I could not find the old topic from obsmaps so i made a new one. So my idea was, to add some new maps to the Obscurity server. I know in the past there were some cool maps and i wonder if some one could add these. Wetwork Downpour Bloc Those maps above are great maps and i think we need some new maps in the rotation. Hmm okay, first of all: Saying you could/will evade bans isn't the smartest thing to say. As for the screenshots: I can only see you trying to provoke Stu and he said only 2 things in those screenshots and one of them isn't even directed to you. So not sure what you want to report except an admin giving you 1 warning. But we shall wait for @Stu to see what he has to say about this. Other members do not post ins this thread!
