Debian better well you need to go with the cd command to the script path and type ./start.sh i guess cuz i dont remember these shit cuz using panel now

And deathrun server does not write logfile as games_mp.log Go search in the config file and check if the path is right and if the logfile name is correct

Yes you can use gsmanager its the same admin mod company but its bad cuz u need to edit much things and you can use adminmod np with that But take my advice download b3 the last version i tested all of them in debian system and in windows system all worked fine
