First of all, i do not see how this is spamming. Also this is not enough to ban him for spamming neither bad language/offensive language. He was not accusing someone nor overriding our mechanism.

What do you mean by this? You can always send something in the admin chat, for you it is like "help". You can see your sentence, but you cant see our adminchat conversations ingame.

Since we are not able to edit the mod, we can not restrict several perks and attachments. And it will be uncontrollable if we say "you cant use martyrdom". Even though i like this idea, it will almost be impossible.

As @Association mentioned, it is not an open source unfortunately. Therefore it has to be decrypted first. I doubt if anyone in our clan is able to do this and got time for this. The one i know is maybe able to do this; @Ninja.
