Oh it's possible that this disable some sounds, i don't really care about end round songs cause i played for a while on promod. Don't really know if there is an other issue. Hopefully it fixed lags i think it's the most important

Hey ! Try this one, was a fix when the game is crashing at start but it's also solving some sounds problems : Go in your cod4 folder, then go in Miles and try changing back mssmp3.asi in mssmp3.bak Here is a screen of my folder (did the change in 2007, still no problems)
