On the 20th may 2020, it was IceOps Gaming's 10 Year anniversary of being open. 
It was 10 years ago I (IJzzo) started IceOps in the beginning under the name Blue-Clan [Blu]. We started with multiple servers but two became very popular, Softcore mixed and Hardcore TDM.
 
After few month we did a merge our clan with few other players who had a clan called iPower. However we ended this relationship already after 1 week because there were (maybe unjustified) doubts they are clean players. From here we had to rename again and used IceOps as our name for the past 9 and a half years.
 
We added the mods Obscurity and Deathrun on our servers which became very popular and rose the interest in the IceOps community significantly. With the shutdown of the back then most popular Obscurity server "Retox Squad", our clan became the most interesting one for the Obscurity community and we got our second oldest member @Kenai who is still around today with us. I can not remember all the members we had before, over the years they were a lot, so I won't name any here.
When you have played on IceOps before 2015 then you are maybe interested in something we have prepared. The Xfire screenshots token by our players on our servers can be viewed now in the gallery under these links:

Time had been sometimes very hard with major internal conflicts, from today's point of few I had done some things different, but today we are still here and alive.
Over the time there has surely been some ups and downs. This could be from people leaving that were truly cherished at IceOps, to server updates and even brand new systems put in place for the better of the community like Sourcebans for example. 
Speaking now on behalf of the IceOps staff and myself, we would all like to say a huge thank you for continuing to be here. 
Running a community for so long has had its toll on the member count, but for the ones that are still here, you are not forgotten at all. We will surely be staying here running as long as you are here with us.

I don't play much so I am probably the worst one to give suggestions here, but here I go anyways
 
I think Crash/Crossfire would be great when the server goes low pop and the map voting process begins, and I sustain this because these two are great maps and usually people tend to like it a lot. By including one of these two maps into the small map pool two things could be sorted out.
 
Firstly, people would have more choice of maps to vote for besides the really small maps (Killhouse, Shipment, Showdown).
Secondly, it would deal with something that @Milad said.
It is possible that if players see that crash/crossfire is into the next map rotation, odds are that they stay to play, what is for me, two of the greatest maps in cod4.
 
Something I have also thought about is, make one of the maps off the medium map pool to be randomly picked up into the small map pool.

Sure, I understand that. But almost always the voted map is Showdown among Shipment and the other map I forgot its name.
 
Given the fact that there are only 3 small maps in cod4, 1 more map to vote for from the medium range map pool won't hurt anybody and we would have more choice of maps, just an idea.

As you might have noticed, there was a lot of work being done on servers recently. The changes are as follows:
 
Hardcore TDM, FFA and Softcore TDM servers:
* Mapvote system has been improved:
    - You are now able to move up and down the list
    - If multiple maps have the same amount of votes the map is chosen randomly
    - Maps now dynamically change depending on the amount of players
* End of game stats have been replaced with leaderboards:
    - Top 5 players will now be showcased at the end of the game
    - Must have atleast 200 kills to be showcased
    - Banned players will be removed
    - If you are inactive for more than 7 days, your stats will be hidden until you play a game
    - If you are inactive for more than 90 days, your stats will be removed
* $stats command:
    - Now shows Trueskill rating, KDA rating and your global rank (min 200 kills to be ranked)
    - Global rating will update only at the start of the match
    - If you are inactive for more than 7 days, your stats will be hidden until you play a game
    - If you are inactive for more than 90 days, your stats will be removed
* Added $report command
    - Using this command will report a player to our discord channel
    - It is advised to use $pbss command before reporting a player
    - Abuse of this command will result in ban!
* VIP perks:
    - Icon on the scoreboard
    - Icon in killcam feed
    - VIP welcome
    - Hardline perk: 1 kill less for hardpoints
 
Obscurity:
* Added $report command
 
We also plan to change some of the dead servers soon.

Hmm okay, first of all:
Saying you could/will evade bans isn't the smartest thing to say. 
 
As for the screenshots:
I can only see you trying to provoke Stu and he said only 2 things in those screenshots and one of them isn't even directed to you. So not sure what you want to report except an admin giving you 1 warning. 
 
But we shall wait for @Stu to see what he has to say about this.

So, I was just wondering then.
 
Would anyone be up for like a tournament/few games at some point, which we can arrange and prepare for?
Perhaps it could be just a game for the IceOps Members to play against one another, or even do a game of Members Vs Non Members? Or even see if another community is willing to play, so it would be Clan Vs Clan?
 
Just a suggestion I thought we could arrange, as it would give New and Old Members a chance to play and get to know each other better (or even for Members to get to know some of the Members in higher power ie. We can give the Members a chance to play with Clan Leaders and Head Members etc.), or even for us Members to get to know some of the other players a little better.
 
Let me know on thoughts/opinions. Maybe if we do it once and it works well we could turn this into a regular thing?

I am going to leave and be away from my pc for a lot of problems its hard to leave a family like you iceops you helped me alot also i had a lot of fun with you guys i will miss you if i get better and if my  problems are solved i will try to join back mayne you can see me on forums on my phone and rarely in servers i will really miss you guys i hope problems will be solved before summer bye bye for now

First you are accusing many other people of wallhack etc.
Meanwhile you are the one that is hacking, not really fair you think? 
Underneath this sentence you can find our evidence of you hacking.
Reminder; these pictures are taken of YOUR point of view.

Ow, didn't expect that many posts. Thank you all and I'll feed your curiosity for those that asked
 
The project is for the game World of warcraft: Legion and until now I had been playing the game in a casual way (just as a game for fun), but now I start having more time available, especially after this upcoming spring and a hardcore PvE roster from that game hired me and other people to get as close as we can to make it through world top 5.. well that's an overview since you prolly won't understand a thing about what I'm talking about.. I won't dissapear though and I will be around here, but my activity on Cod4 - which is the core game I've got to know you all - has stopped, but friendships, etc. may ofcourse continue without Cod4
 
@Ninja , @Aquiz I already consider this as my home because of your hospitality, knowledge, you guys must be so awesome irl, I use ts a lot and wished to have seen anyone online over there, though the days I've been on ts, unfortunately no1 joined me up

Strong as hell Call of Duty 4 and long life to this awesome game. Almost 4 months playing streak this time, and almost 400h on record for this period. I need to reconsider the Remastered, just to see if it's worth the money they ask for!

Spamming deserves a mute, bad language sometimes depends on the case. Insulting is always a temp ban. 
 
But whether he was right or wrong wont be discussed in this topic.
But since we handle a strict policy on our deathrun server i do not see an experienced member of us making a mistake in this case.
