    On the 20th may 2020, it was IceOps Gaming's 10 Year anniversary of being open. 
    It was 10 years ago I (IJzzo) started IceOps in the beginning under the name Blue-Clan [Blu]. We started with multiple servers but two became very popular, Softcore mixed and Hardcore TDM.
     
    After few month we did a merge our clan with few other players who had a clan called iPower. However we ended this relationship already after 1 week because there were (maybe unjustified) doubts they are clean players. From here we had to rename again and used IceOps as our name for the past 9 and a half years.
     
    We added the mods Obscurity and Deathrun on our servers which became very popular and rose the interest in the IceOps community significantly. With the shutdown of the back then most popular Obscurity server "Retox Squad", our clan became the most interesting one for the Obscurity community and we got our second oldest member @Kenai who is still around today with us. I can not remember all the members we had before, over the years they were a lot, so I won't name any here.
    When you have played on IceOps before 2015 then you are maybe interested in something we have prepared. The Xfire screenshots token by our players on our servers can be viewed now in the gallery under these links:

    Time had been sometimes very hard with major internal conflicts, from today's point of few I had done some things different, but today we are still here and alive.
    Over the time there has surely been some ups and downs. This could be from people leaving that were truly cherished at IceOps, to server updates and even brand new systems put in place for the better of the community like Sourcebans for example. 
    Speaking now on behalf of the IceOps staff and myself, we would all like to say a huge thank you for continuing to be here. 
    Running a community for so long has had its toll on the member count, but for the ones that are still here, you are not forgotten at all. We will surely be staying here running as long as you are here with us.

    First of all awesome work. Thank you

    For me alone the Hit location multiplier is just fine, it's actually logical. However it needs getting used to and aiming more precisely. (I'm totally fine with this) BUT many people will think that the server is bugged because for example they shoot a guy from a close range with desert or a bolt action sniper and get no kill, just a hit reg. Which might lead to fewer players on the server.
    So I suggest raising the numbers a bit more! like what @$t0rM [= suggested.

    I do think the p90 damage is okay.
    As for m21 maybe      [ "m21_mp" ] = 25      (Mostly bcoz even with 67 DMG it was still one shot killing in the lower torso from a long range too. If this is fixed then nevermind)

    Just some maybes: 
    Maybe for Desert      [ "deserteagle_mp" ] = 60
    And finally WeaponClassFallout     [ "lmg" ] = 1600 or 1700
    And       [ "pistol" ] = 1300 or 1400
    And       [ "rifle" ] = 2300 or 2400

    First of all thank you all for the translations! I will open another thread soon that will only focus on localization and keep it up to date for easier further translations and fixes.
     
    It is to prevent proning. These hardpoints actually change your position and not just camera focus. If you are prone you cannot look straight down which makes you unable aim properly.
     
    Thanks for pointing this out. The correct is "FRIENDLY CHOPPER GUNNER INBOUND!". Like said this will all be uploaded to another thread so potentional fixes can be made where needed.
     
     
    As for the M21/P90 discussion. It is getting nerfed quite hard. Hopefully the new patch will be ready soon.

    After playing several hours, I have to say m21 has too much damage yet! the fact that its a low recoil gun makes the DMG useless! ""1 shot won't kill, FINE I'll shoot 3 shots every time! it doesn't matter, I don't have to aim again."" 
    Btw lately with 67 DMG most of the time you die with one shot. which is weird.
    So Lets just ban m21 and be done with it. 
     
    More importantly, p90.  (  Kill me now)  It has too much damage and ammo! "" just prefire every corner or door that you wanna go through and you still have enough ammo to kill an army."" 
    As this is a favorite gun in the server (KILL ME NOW AGAIN!) banning it is not a good option! it might reduce the number of players. So why not reduce the damage? maybe like half?
    then we will check how it goes

    Also because its hardcore "slow when hit" is useless! Like 99% of the time if you are hit you are dead already.

    Last update for today. There was some weird stuff going on with damage modifier which should now hopefuly be fixed. The "AH" sound should be gone aswell now.
     
    As for deagle it should still one shot as long as you keep your damage at 100%. Possibly the damage bug kept it from one shotting. If M21 is the only problematic sniper rifle I might just reduce its damage so it takes 2 shots to kill (or 1 headshot). RPG will probably just get disabled as I've noticed people just suicide with it all the time, pretty stupid playstyle.
     
    Killcam will show attackers damage in a later update.

    I don't know if this happened to others or not.
    My DMG bar started getting lower, so I started running Then it got full again but when I started shooting others it seemed like dealing less damage. It happened a few times so, as I can't be certain if it's a bug or I'm just wrong, I'll post this here! if anyone experienced the same just say so.
     
     
    On the feedback subject:
    Honestly, I'm not a fan of the increase in HP! now, most of the time (even with 100% DMG) Desert Eagle doesn't kill with one shot. For an HC server I think Desert should have a one-shot-kill power. I hope there is something to do about this one! I really enjoy one tapping with the Desert...
     
    I agree with KMB too, The problem is with m21. Dragunov and Barett have a bad recoil so they are kinda OK. But m21 really messes things up, easy to spam a location with it.

    Just a few points that Proxict mentioned before:
    The nade spam is for real but I think it is rather complicated to deal with so no worries for now. BUT the RPG spam can be dealt with... it is the same as the grenade launcher. Too much damage and too many of it in some maps! maybe disable them for a few maps (especially vacant) or disable them completely. if disabling isn't an option, then reducing the damage and number of RPGs can still work. It would be nice to see the DMG status of the person who killed you as well. Still way better gameplay than before. Thaaaaaaaaaaank You @leiizko

    OH BTW at the end of every round there is the sound "AH" every like 4 seconds which is really annoying. It continues until the map changes

    Update:
    Wallbang damage has been increased from 25% to 40%. If this still feels too weak it will be further increased.
    Player health has been increased to 50 for real this time. There was a bug that caused health to revert back to 30. Also clarification on this change: the purpose is not to stop one shot kills but to aid in general gameplay balance. Most of the weapons have so much damage, the damage reduction wouldn't help unless it went into absurdly low levels.
     
    As for the snipers it is a bit trickier. Every sniper rifle does 70 damage per shot meaning the damage would need to be reduced by 30% to stop one shot kills. If anti camp worked on snipers as well in current state, a bit of dancing around would be all it takes to keep the modifier value above 70%.

    -Maybe we could set the snipers to have same thing but with longer delay, so they can stay put but not for too long.
    Or as @Milad noted, some snipers are not so problematic.. so lower their dmg a bit or include semi-auto snipers to the anti camp.

    -Also we could increase wallbang damage to 50%, some weapons barely do anything through walls now.
    Some walls are easily penetrated, like in the killhouse map, there is no helping that map, hah.

    And I noticed that the percentage of damage sometimes starts at the value which was active when you died, don't know if it' is a visual or something else.

    it is really hard to kill some of these m21 campers in some specific locations (not in every map of course), especially now that you can't wallbang them either. so what to do?! one option is to make it hard for them to kill (like reduced damage to 30% so 4shots of m21 is needed for one kill)

    Useful update. I did not notice any special losses, everything suits me, BUT it seems to me that the damage through the walls should have been left somewhere by 30-35%, because in some places it looks like a too strong nerf. Of course, I am against spamming through walls, but for some maps this is a useful feature. Since there are many little things that interfere to hit the target. Well IDK.
