Any insults to ANY player whether they are an Admin or not is not tolerated in our servers, If you've played long enough on our server then you should know this by now- Even IF you are joking, Respect fellow players- ALL of them. The most advanced weapon technology against Kenai is simply... Ghost. Worked for me, hehe. About other modes - Yeah, I also might get into it. Naw, Nothing of that magnitude can harm me, as long as I focus. And I can be fun to play with(sometimes). And as for the Modes, I dunno about HQ. The only other 'Mode' I know about that's like Obs is another mod Snakelet and Falcar created called 'CovertOps' that I liked to play when it was on my old clans server. Still a fan of the Elemination Obscurity mode as well as 'Old School Obscurity'. Though I'm open to new game modes I guess.

As @Lookout has said- You will live out your 30 days, If you do not change afterwards, Then expect no mercy from other Admins and a permanent ban. I'd suggest you try not to insult other players. reducing it to 1 day only because there is no proof makes no sense to me. either he is guilty or not. If you don't think it's fair to keep him banned without proof then unban him, on the other hand if you think that 2 witnesses are enough for ban then keep him banned. He is either guilty or not, he can't be less guilty because there wasn't proof. There was no actual proof other than eyes- Eyes in this case which do NOT count as reasonable proof here. And as I've said about their givin' nature, They are/were known to go out of the maps(This case it was considered a glitch as they were NOT within the maps range). So it was a reasonable 1 day ban rather than 7 days(As @DeltaMX has said already). @Anonymous Did I make my case clear enough for you?

There might not be viable evidence for your case, But you're known to go out of the maps from the past/Recent history.

Then that isn't allowed, Ryd I'm sure you're well aware of the rules, And from recent history you're known to go out of the maps and possibly bugs that were told to you by Reder (Which if caught you will be banned for a long time). Shorten the ban to 1 Day(Since there isn't viable proof other than the eyes of Admins/Member), If he/she continues then re-ban him/her for a week.

I can say the same... Saw it often Still, Proof is always better in the end than someones decision. Who was the other IceOps member? What map was he/she glitching on, Where were they glitching out of the map at, Location?

There has to be proof of this, Without it there's nothing that can keep him/her banned for that amount of time. We(Us Admins) don't know where/what/how he/she was getting out of the map. Perhaps it's not a glitch, Maybe they were still in the boundaries of the map.

Did you go to the top where there's a down arrow next to 'Open With' and clicked download?

Go into your COD4, Once you're in select your profile(If you have more than one), Then go to Mods and double click on 'iceobscurity'. Then all you have to do now is open up your console and type in '/demo (demo name here)'. And Voila. P.S; Sorry for the late response.

Do you use a third party program to play the demos or do you use COD4?

Did you go into COD4 and then go to Mods and double click on IceObscurity and then played the demo? Or does it give you this error when typing in '/record (demo name here)'?

@Prime You can make a demo using the 'Record' feature, Then you can just watch the demo on a higher setting and record the demo its self(With Dxtory or Fraps, Your choice) and it won't have a heavy impact on your FPS while playing. I'd suggest you try to use Dxtory as it's better than Fraps, Smaller File sizes and better quality without a lot of FPS loss and isn't very CPU hungry, unlike Fraps.
