Like I said, In the demo there IS smoke, but there is no smoke on YOUR game. Meaning that this problem is with your Game that you downloaded from that website. I'd suggest to download it from a different website as this one seems to be bugged.

What are you talking about? The screenshots on the first page are Yours and Mine, Yours being on top and mine being in the spoiler below. As for the Demo, The Youtube video IS the demo, It's what I see in the demo. I'm not talking about smoke grenades here, I'm talking about the smoke that is coming out of the Missile Silo's.

Sadly I can't see the video, I can only hear the sound.

I don't know how to record with bandicam, I'm sure you can youtube it though. But it'd be easier to use COD4's in-game recording command. Just open up console and type in /record (name you want demo to be) and to stop the record just type into console /stoprecord As for uploading to here, When replying in the box, below you'll see a paperclip that says 'Drago files here to attach, or choosefiles...' just drag your demo or click 'Choose files...' and when it's done uploading you'll click the plus icon on the right and then submit reply. -IceOps Staff

As I've stated before, There are too many instances that are extremely fishy that shows you can see through the smoke. I'm not going to unban you unless you or other Admins can explain these certain kills. For you, you can go onto another server so you can record yourself as I'm not going to unban you just so you can record. You may post your demo here whenever you make it. -IceOps Staff

So it is torrented then. As for the demo you can go back to my first post on page 1 so you can download and watch it in COD4. That is the question, It could be the torrent you used which would be bad.

That website is the Forum for the [DS] Servers, You couldn't have gotten COD4 from there. I'm asking if you bought the game, or if you torrented(As in pirated the game) That may be the case on Crossfire, But it still doesn't explain when on Countdown you killed 47Ronin as he was running behind the smoke and Steel barrier as I can't see him. And when you killed him when he was on the Silo hatch behind smoke, Just as you passed the corner of the steel barrier you somehow saw him through the smoke and immediately aimed at and killed him. In my personal opinion these kills are extremely weird, even for a Pro player to make. -IceOps Staff

47Ronin could've ran to the other side of the hut or even into the building behind the smoke. I'm going to assume you didn't shoot at him while in the smoke because of him accusing you of not having smoke and thus would be obvious. I never said firing through smoke or walls is against the rules, I simply said having 'No Smoke" is against the rules. Is your COD4 a legit copy or a torrented version. -IceOps Staff

I didn't say this was your screen, It is my screenshot of the demo. I was simply showing the bug/glitch. However my opinion of you having something to see through smoke still stands unless another Admin or you can explain how you're able to kill players through the smoke so easily. And don't give me "10 plus years of playing, headset/hearing" I've also been playing for over 10 years and I cannot make those kills through smoke with such accuracy. Feel free to play on another server and record a demo of how you can kill through smoke with such accuracy. -IceOps Staff

So if someone threw a smoke you immediately think they're hiding within it? I always thought it was to cover your movements to move to a different position. Plus in the video it seems you know exactly where he is inside the smoke, as he moves to his left you immediately follow him and before the smoke clears you start firing. I can't even see him until after your first shot and that's slowing it down. I'm not being biased either just stating what I see. As for the Countdown map it's as if you know there is smoke there but don't want to be too obvious that you can see through it. And it looked like 47Ronin made you a little mad and you started to become obvious with seeing through smoke. Still want you to explain about the Countdown screenshots of yours not showing smoke still. -IceOps Staff

Sadly that's not how this works, I cannot unban you as to me the evidence is clearly there. It's a shame you don't have a demo and or video clip of before you were banned. This is what I'm referring to by the Bug/Glitch. -IceOps Staff

Mkay, So you say something about your config and FPS, however none of those can let you see through smoke. Now if you can see the outlines of players/objects through the smoke then that is a bug and thus is also not allowed. I'm pretty sure if it's the bug you know what I'm referring to. -IceOps Staff

Then how do you explain the screenshots not showing any smoke? And there is a clip that shows you aiming at 47Ronin through smoke on the map Crossfire. If you can explain these things it would be helpful as it looks like No Smoke on Countdown, And a Bug on Crossfire- Both of which are not allowed.

As I've said, The ban for "No Smoke" is considered as cheating as the command used for it is disabled and thus is marked as Cheat protected in the console by COD4. Sure the Screenshots are clean, but that's not what I'm basing my proof off of, I'm basing it off of the Demo that was submitted to me. As for you saying it's clean and that the kills you made through the smoke are solely based on 'Skill' and or 'Sound' I couldn't hear from that distance even with the best set of headset in the world, and I can hear pretty well as I'm known for "Sound Whoring" on other Servers and our Server. As for the so called "Cheaters" that you say, I haven't found one cheater that you reported for cheating. You seem to miss the fact that here in the IceOps' Servers, if you can't see smoke or can actually see through it through other means(Glitch/Hack/Command) is considered as cheating and thus becomes bannable which is the reason you were banned. -IceOps Staff

Dear, @sanchejioo thank you for your ban Appeal. As evident you were banned for the use of 'No Smoke.' Down below will be the demo I was sent from a report that shows you aiming and shooting through thick smoke(As well as killing players) on the map 'Countdown.' There is also a specific shot where a player was behind a barrier and was not visible and just before they popped out you instantly aimed and shot where he was just before popping out- Thankfully you somehow missed him(This in my personal opinion almost looked like a wallhack) as for the No Smoke kills, You killed 'War raider' 3 times through the smoke, Another No Smoke was when you were on the Missile Truck aiming at the downed helicopter at someone firing, You shot at them twice before I couldn't even see where he was with the smoke, but when I don't have No Smoke I could see you follow him even when he jumped up you followed him into the air, very fishy in my personal opinion. As before I will let other Admins make their input into this matter, But I personally think you are using No Smoke and or possibly have a hack and thus I won't be unbanning you. Well considering the proof I've posted above I don't think you can change the fact that you were using "No Smoke." As for the other players shooting through Walls(Doesn't mean they're hacking, they're called wallbangs and happen almost every map), Smoke- there aren't many and they get banned when caught like you- I on the other hand don't need cheats as I've been playing for a long while and have dealt with my fair share of hackers which is why I applied to become an Admin many years ago. So you admitted to using cheats because someone was "Cheating"? If so isn't that a double negative? Not to mention you called me an " Inadequate Admin" and you had no reason as to why you were banned, other than me being "Inadequate" come on man.

How was the Admin using cheats exactly? Our Admins don't cheat as I'm pretty sure they're good enough to not need such things- But you using "No Smoke" is fair? Not to mention Ronin relayed me the demo and isn't an Admin.

Hello, @-ANTITELO- and thank you for your Appeal. The ban reason is for 'No Smoke' which will be in the proof below the texts- As for the "Inadequate Admin" part, I will have to disagree with that. Feel free to explain to me about your predicament. Please Note; The spoilers below this are your Screenshots. The Screenshots in the Spoiler below are from my POV in almost the exact same spot(Granted it's not in the IceOps Server as Countdown wasn't on at the time of this post and thus I don't have the same FOV) In my opinion, you went around a cheat protected command that is disabled. So I would deny this appeal because of the evidence provided above- However I will let other Admins put their input into the matter as well.
