Lag.. Server or internet?

I don't know if it affect it but we have alot of internet stuff around the house, The list:

always 3 phones sometime 5

5 laptops (not always on)

2 pc's (always on)

one smart tv

one Ipad

one ps 3

one apple-tv

-------------------------------

But like now everyone is to sleep and I'm sitting here alone.. So there will be 3 phone's on and 1 pc. But I still have those lagg spikes

PS: Don't think about breaking in our house. We have a massive NERF gun:

listen probably server too far or other people using your internet.. (i am too far) but hey .. its aint something u cant fix

u need less people connected to your network (specially if that an 10mb and less) and u may try to increase ur FPS probably u lag cuz low fps (command: com_maxfps 120)
