Please describe what happened: 

This guy thinks it's allowed to flame the others players, i told him to stop, he don't listen and has started to flame me ( see in the screenshot ) : translation of his message: "suck my d*** <3" he was already banned by server administrators, but he always come back.

Just what rami said: we can't help you without his guid. But now we need his steamid. Which you can get by typing $ministatus

But I think someone tell me that the seam id is for death run because there many players In hc dont have steam like me I dont join with steam

Not anymore. All servers are now using sourcebans. Which uses steamid. Every player has it. When u type ministatus it's the first line.

Great job with the sourcebans but you got me a bit confused when you said the first line when you type $ministatus.

Can't explain it now. But there are few lines. Some people aren't using steam so they have [0:1:0.] or something like that. You need the one before that one.
