First of all, you are not that clear, could you explain the situation a bit more? Secondly, if there is a proof, the ban will not be lifted under any circumstances. But generally the chances of getting unbanned are low because you got banned for hacking. I hope my help was enough. However, an administrator could explain better.

Oh yes it was a free PS plus game and I downloaded it on ps4. I didn't play that much there but it seems interesting . As long as it is free, I may download it on PC. If not, I think there is no reason to pay for a game I already own.

In my opinion, this is not enough to get unbanned, you need something more. Maybe you could explain what happened, what you did when got banned (and when this happened).
