32 bit vista can adress max 4 gb ram (exactly: 3,5-3,7 gb). If u have a 64 bit version more ram is possible.

okay in German: Wenn ich die alte GraKa finde, kannst du Sie kriegen, kostenlos natürlich. Zunächst hoffe ich, dass dein Mainboard überhaupt einen entsprechenden Steckplatz für so eine Graka hat? Was haste für nen Prozessor und für ein Mainboard? Weiterhin wird dein Monitor -so wie du ihn beschreibst- nur maximal 800x600 auflösen. Check das mal in den Einstellungen der Anzeige, was maximal geht. Falls ich rrichtig liege, hilft dir die bessere Graka auch nichts, da dein Monitor der limitierende Faktor ist.

nah vista isnt the problem for gaming...i have it too..
u need a better gpu. 4 gb ram is fine. Processor...anyway....if vista runs, it should be fine.
MAybe i can help u. i have to check my old devices. I thought i have an old 8800gtx or a 280gtx somewhere....maybe overclocked and out of order, but if i find them i can send it to u and u have to test it. One last question: how large is your screen...for 22` these devices should give u better fps as now.

as i understand it correctly: u used a hack to judge a hacker.....cmon and u wondering about that situation? It isnt my business to make a decision, but if an admin will give a second chance to u, he will create a precedent, which may result in endless discussions in similar cases in the future.

Rule one:use debits as much as u can!
every debit is protected for at least 6 weeks after transaction. If u find a debit which isnt done regularly u can revoke it! Linking your paypal-account with a direct debit authorisation is at least secure for u!
Rule two: credit cards are per se not really secure, but for whom?
if u find a illegal credit card transaction indicate it to your credit card provider. They have an insurance for that! They regulate it in almost every case, if u can show u didnt used it negligent. Making a transaction in the environment of the www isnt negligent.

On the one hand ninja u are right. The panel in obs is a mighty tool and u have to use it responsibly in a frame of exactly defined rules! And what gumi did, was a "NoGo". u have to discuss the consequences with him. But honestly ninja, removing the panel for all? Please think about it twice.

In german: "Subject (Ich) Verb (liebe) object or something else (dich). The same in english! But if u make a question, it will be different:
German: Liebst du mich?
english: Do you love me?
But to irritate u: In german u have a rhetorical leeway. F.e. "Du liebst mich?" (a rhetorical question, if u are doubting after somebody told u that he loves u)

demo2 second kill - suspicious! I didnt heard the obs changing the position to the other side of the building ...and he aimed precisely at this spot where the obs crossed the wall
demo3 - pretty big luck? Random searching and seeking. He killed the first obs before so he wasnt able to follow the noise of the second obs.
5 times luck? I don't know, I find this really suspicious.
so u recognized my point of view. I thought the same as u, but pls state your opinion a lilbit more detailed if u have watched the demos.

Ich glaube es wäre zunächst angebracht herauszufinden, was bei dir für Hardware verbaut ist. Versuche es mal mit dem Programm, welches xmw empfohlen hat und poste es hier. Dann kriegste sehr schnell ne ultimative antwort was geht oder nicht geht.
Alternative freeware, die du dafür auch hernehmen kannst ist Sandralite:
