Firstly, you gotta choose a gamemode to host the GMOD server with. RolePlay, TTT or some other popular mods are okay. About the CSGO, no. Don't even think about it since there's a official competitive matchmaking system which is way better and nicer than community servers. At least, I never play on community servers... And no ideas about minecraft.

TeamSpeak was developed for the usage of in-game communication. So, TS is better.

If this doesn't work, try binding an execution of a cfg file which has "say $authlogin UN PW" in it.

Edit: I think I got your problem. You mean, you have to delete "\" before executing a "$" cmd in console. That is because $ commands are say only. You can execute them ($ cmds) with the chat key (default T). But where is the relation with binding?

Obscurity isn't an ordinary FPS. It is probably the hardest mod to detect a cheater but once again, you cannot say he cheats in that demo.
