ok sorry for noob qustion i'm not good at those stuff,anyway I have installed win7 in the new hdd and now i don't have any problem I can join without any kick server recognized my ID,and thanks you all for helping

oh sorry I forgot to tell you that I have formatted my old hdd so now I only have winxp installed in my new hdd,now please tell me step step what should I do exactly?

damn server recognized my ID when I tried to joint today but it kicked me again after 1 hour almost, first error was "server terminated" then I joined again and it become kick me after 3s for the same error "EXE_CDKEY_IN_USE",and ninja I didn't reconnect my old hdd when you asked me that,I will try to install win7 maybe fix my problem

yes I have changed it also to xp before was 7 and xp support cod4 (directX 9)

you mean from now on I don't back to my old hdd? if so ok will never connect it again it's not big problem for me I do anything make me able joint the server

I think the only way is to get original keycode,guID is loosely based on the cdkey and It's generated from it,am I right? and thanks sam for the notice it was helpful -.- (hdd ).

that's good news it's not my problem and better yet that you fix it,and how can I find my uid is it related with the drive? btw I still have my old hhd can be useful?

yes I was able to play, this happened to me when I get a new HHD,and I used a standard characters like what you said but I still get kick,seems I'm unlucky

omg I knew what is the reason,ninja was right my ID cause the problem i tried to see my ID in the server and it was "ID_unknown_10", I don't know why maybe because I changed my HHD? and how can I make the server recognize my ID?

yes i can play in the other cod4 servers except that request an original key,i wondering how can my friend play with copy keycode in ur dedicated servers.

the same problem occurred to me,at the beginning when i installed cod4 i entered the server and it says i should update pb or my control will be frozen and after i update it each time i enter the server after 3s kick me and error say "EXE_ERR_CDKEY_IN_USE",i tried to change my keycode 10 times but the problem remains happening,so how to fix that?
