yes i get a stable 60fps now without it

Becouse i had only 16fps and i though why no fullbright (bad pc)

Ì had it activated with r_bullright 1

Well i saw in the banlist that some admins only gave 4 days of ban nobody told me it was against the rules is just revieved a ban. Also i have not previous bans.
