    He wanted to say, that there were no other players on the server and they were just fooling around. I have got the same impression for that.

    Ofc, they are breaking our server rules, what has to have consequence, but I am of the opinion, that we should tolerate it, in case they did nothing bad to other players.

    Our rules are there to secure other players of being insulted or other things our rules forbid. So I would say, that they deserve grace.

    I use it since 2 years and nobody ever cried about it. Also not other admins. Anyway, in my eyes it is not unfair, because it always depends on luck to reach the marines' spawn with the swap. I also know many others doing this, so it never came in my mind that it could not be allowed.

    And who knows that it is a bug? Maybe it is wanted by the modders ;)

    I'm still convinced of my decision. And it's not like I banned him for days, once for an hour and the 2nd for 5 hours. Plus this is absolutely no abuse, because I banned for a behaviour towards others, I wouldn't even tolerate in real life. So that's my point. I'm done :P^^

    Why not just use $warn? - I don't think ... terms which should cause a 2 week ban. But that's just me.

    How you come to the conclusion I banned him for two weeks?

    Its not only the words he used, it's also his behaviour in general, as you can see on the screens.

    Seems like I banned you today.

    Quennch can confirm (Also chatlog) that you admitted to be MSA, who was banned by minqkel time ago.

    So, what makes me a bit wondering about this is, that the ban reason I gave is ban evade, not WH.

    So maybe somebody else banned you. Lets see.
