    The new TCON must be absolutely identical to the old one. Part number, revision, firmware - everything must match, only in this case there is a chance to get a working TV. Recently, we also encountered such a problem, we tried several boards, but only one came up, which was completely identical to the old one, but fully working. I'm not an expert to say that this is the problem, but there is such a possibility.
