There is no report on this ban. which makes our case really hard, since we at the moment can't prove anything. I think he knows why he was banned. If not, he could ask his brother. I don't think he is telling the truth since he claims that his pc was hacked one minute, and then claims that his brother did something the next...

Solid evidence. Yes, AR51 puts a big sign 'We DDos you'. What a nonsense. Why does he not try to figure out who did it? Because he is not the one getting ddossed. He s getting framed. Even then Iceops refuses to send the details. Only thing they have here are some logs, which all matches to mexican ip's. Hell kevinos even gave his OVH, and offerd service (at least that what ar51 site displays) to block the attacks. Please tell me, why would ar51 make it so obvious that they ddos? You need not go any further than google to see that kevinos does not have a bright history of concealing himself.

@Mustangkr500 Your post: TL;DR, so pardon me if I have made assumptions. FYI - Protecting your friend doesn't help, when there are solid evidence highly suggestioning that it was said friend who did the attack. FYI 2 - if it really wasn't him, why does he not try to figure out who else it was?

We can't know for sure that he doesn't deserve this ban.

This key is cracked, which is why it's been banned when someone else was playing on it, or it was you, we have no way of telling really. There are several other appeals from last year, so I doubt anything is gonna happen here. It sucks, but you shouldn't use cracked keys anyway.

Why can't we? I am not arguing just to argue - I ask because I don't always report my bans the minute, or even the day I make them. What if someone banned him, and hasn't been on the website all day? - I know it's frustrating for him, but he isn't the only one who would've had to wait for a decision on his appeal. My point is that maybe your judgement is clouded because you know him

Wow wow wow... Should we really trust him just because we can't find a report? Might be that he was banned today/yesterday and the bans hasn't been reported yet.

I am only telling you that you might want to take a deep breath in situations like this in the future - We have the warn plugin now, which works wonderfully. 3 warnings = 2 days ban, and it's their own fault if they don't get it after 2 warnings. You're telling someone who's been an admin for over 4 years how to take action? Honestly he would've been more pissed off if I had warned him. He was already pissed off because of that arguement, Warning someone who's pissed will only lead to more madness. Im not appealing, im just saying i dont think its fair that he can insult me and abuse his power just because he has more power. Just wanted to let the admins know that he shouldnt be able to ban people for no reason. It's very simple, you need to post evidence of Down abusing his powers, and post an abuse report. If you have no proof, you have no case

I doubt this was one sided, since your screenshot has people saying that you @Down was the one insulting him. I think, as an admin, you shouldn't be bothered with what other people say about you, as long as they don't use offensive language. I mean, who cares if he think's that you don't have a life? IMO: I have no clue why he would appeal a 3 hour ban.
