Thank you for taking this seriously. I am really glad that you guys took the time and effort to look at it, and im also glad that you contacted CG becase they know i dont hack. They have gotten several demos from me earlier in many CG matches where i was accused for hacking but i never actually cheated. Everytime they looked through the demo they said it was legit and not hack I'm still waiting for a reply from CG.

There's more than one episode on the demo that I saw.

I have to emphasize that we never ban for nothing. Ice0ps is a community where we, as moderators, follow strict rules and regulation, so that we can strike when someone breaks those rules. If you are patient, more people will look at this and make their oppinions known

It's almost like you and I are ying and yang, we can never agree on any appeal I vote ban. You can see that he obviously knows where everyone is, even when he doesn't have UAV.

I felt the same way as you did. In the end of the demo I just can't explain how he knows, because his gameplay shows that he does know. He doesn't hesitate.

Then how do you explain that he jumps and shoots at people before he sees them? And his excuse with UAV is bollocks as his UAV doesn't cover that range. And there is plenty of wall shooting, what demo did you look at?!

Tirano bans so many hackers that he mostly makes posts when he has 5-6 hackers to report. This i can understand since I too have been playing on the HC from time to time

As I wrote to you in the shoutbox, I watched your demos, and I have contacted the people at CG and forwarded them the demo, so that they can see for themselves. I take this very seriously as you so blatenly think that we will unban you because you are "top 10 player of CG". And before you start juding me you should know that I have over 10 years of experience with catching people who break the golden rule. I will be following this. P.S. This means that I see wallhack on his demo.

In my honest opinion: Using rule #11 in this case sounds like the reason behind is something more than just a simple violation of simple clan rules. Though I speak highly of being open aobut decisions made in a clan I guess, in this case, the reason is private. OFF TOPIC Was the reason severe enough that you didn't reconcider due to the fact that there will only be 3(maybe less now that Vinny is in the states) active admins on the promod snd server, which clearly is getting more and more hackers on it?

I have to come on obs and watch you pros play and see if I would ban you.

I would rather say wrong placement. Your experience means a lot catching hackers in your favorite mod, in your case: promod. But when it comes to obs-mod, then that experience doesn't apply there. Works vice versa, too. I still disagree

Sorry bro. Wasn't intented to be personal. Please don't get me (us) wrong. We never said you wouldn't (be able to) catch hackers on obs-server. We just merely pointed out that promod-hacker-catching-exp won't do you any good in obs mod. Like Sharky said, undercover agents would be banned by you guys ;D (and if I am not mistaken, it happend sometimes too that members undercover were banned for apparently "using hacks." I record Sharky all the time So basically you're saying that my experience means nothing in obs?

Are you guys kidding me? Spec any good player in promod and he will also look like a hacker. If I were to ban everyone who looked like a hacker, I would ban most of the people on promod. But I don't because I know what to look for, and I know what stands out from the crowd. And yes, this comment is butthurt, but that's because I take it personally that you don't think I would be able to spot hackers on obs.

That's because you suspect everybody of hacking on obs server. Leave it to the pro's ;DDDDD ... or is it because I have more experience in catching hackers? Touché.

I've been in obs, spectating hackers, and I for one have no trouble spotting them.

Well, lookout would own me on Obs since I don't play that mod Queench, you name a time and a place, and I'll be there!

We know he was banned in 2013. And we don't know if he was unbanned. So it would be great if we could find out wether or not he was unbanned, to find out wether or not he was ban hopping. If we can't find out if he was unbanned or not, I vote for an unban due to lack of evidence. Still, it's my personal oppinion that he has a bad attitude, which I have seen several times myself.
