    How you come to the conclusion I banned him for two weeks?

    Its not only the words he used, it's also his behaviour in general, as you can see on the screens.

    Why not just use $warn? - I don't think "fuck" and "noob" and "stfu" are terms which should cause a 2 week ban. But that's just me.

    Before this turns personal, let's just make clear that my comment was meant for making others aware of what I saw, so that they may look for the same things, or atleast know what I saw.

    I am sorry that my english knowledge is too slim for me to explain it in another way.

    I have also played a lot of hardcore, and this seems odd to me, this was all I said. Might be spectator lag, might not be. I also sense some WH.

    We shouldn't make decisions based on how we play ourselves, but on what the demo shows.

    There are obviously a majority of people voting for unban, so if nobody has any objections he should be unbanned.

    Of course experience is a factor, but we shouldn't be like "Oh, I can do that, so he must not cheat.." was what I meant.

    It's not the most obvious I have ever seen, but I see why he was banned.

    This looks like wallhack/esp to me. Maybe even a little bit of roccat? Or maybe just lag. It looks like his bullets hit where he isn't aiming a few times.

    okay....I'm sorry I wasn't playing in august but like you said I can't prove it..idk. I guess thank you anyway. I can give you a screen from the cdkey that I bought way back from ebay but I guess you can say that's a fake, so.

    I am sorry that you feel this way.

    I wouldn't say that the screenshot was fake if it had todays date, and the date of purchase on it. But still, you can't prove that you weren't playing in august.

    I had a rather interesting and long conversation with Jeff on TeamSpeak where he explained to me the reasons for his actions, and tried explaining his experience with COD4 and so forth. This lead me to a certain understanding of his actions, but I still stand by my decision, as there are sequences in the demos, especially the demo which is recorded on shipment, which I cannot explain logically. As it seems that he knows with a high degree of certainty where the other players are.

    I have watched all 3 demos with my own wallhack, and I still come to the same conclusion.

    We are gonna need more oppinions here.

    Pretty sure he has wallhack, but most definitely has norecoil. Can be seen clearly in the last part of the demo

    Not only did you change nick, it's also 3 months ago you got banned. I think you know why, and I think you made this appeal hoping that we are stupid.

    I strongly recommend that we keep this ban, since it is legit, and he is banned by GGC and PunkBuster. I know this GUID has been passed around obviously, but it has been used time and time again by hackers, so I simply don't think it's a good idea to unban.

    EDIT:

    Further more you made this explaining that you had been on the promod snd(which I guess is the server you meant) that you had been playing for a few hours, and then returned to find yourself banned. This is not possible, as you have been banned for 3 months.

    So your story doesn't check out.

    If this is a CD-KEY/GUID which you have gotten recently I would strongly advice you to google your GUID before playing anywhere, as many of the known CD-keys are banned everywhere because of hackers having used them. I am sorry if you are being honest and therefore is an innocent victim, but this is the internet, and you have no proof that you aren't the guy I banned back in august.

    Not at home right now, but will check it when I come back.

    I will however mention that I am not surprised that he is banned, as I yesterday banned him from the promod server, after googling his GUIDs to find him already banned here.

    I did so because I thought he was suspicious. I however have no demo of it.
