. Cmon low end pc steam runed fine on my Macbook on bootcamp coudnt run alot of games but steam never was long to load. 20 sec max. Now with the pc i had and got it laods under 5 Seconds It's obvious then that your "low-end" Macbook is/was a mark up my low-end PC. It literally takes 40-70 seconds to start up Steam after several attempts.. on a good day it'll do 20 seconds

Yeah, Steam is quite tedious for us with low end PC's. But as I always say: if you can handle a laggy life. You can handle a naggy wife. <3

Just some advise, it may feel like you are the only person that doesn't understand how Deathrun works, and it may seem like everyone on Deathrun has a special ability/setting that allows them to jump far or high. YOU'RE NOT ALONE! For a long time I felt completely useless on Deathrun. Just practice and never give up Learn to strafe and practice! that's all you can do <3

I have these problems with OBS and COD4X: If somebody were to die their body would stretch across the map. So annoying. The background wallpaper of the sky randomly turns black, giving me vision of all players in front of it (if the OBS would be on a roof when this happens, I would see him). I can't hear my bullets when I spray. Tracers disappear when I spray.EDIT: I removed the latest versions of COD4X and reverted to an older one I still had. Everything is fine now.

Bootcamp works! Plus, Mac seems to run windows better than OSX Played Arma 2 TakiLife on Bootcamp on my dads iMac for a few months... What an experience

Could possibly be an issue with the mod. Try manually removing the mod itself then join.

Try the following: Reinstall COD4 & COD4X.Check if your Firewall/AntiVirus is blocking COD4Download the server cache file and replace it with your current one.Your server cache file is in your COD4 dir (C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare) link for the cache: here I give up if this doesn't help. PsyDuck out!
