I doubt you can abuse sv_cheats this way as the commands don't get executed while script getting executed. Still it is not elegant.

Xlrstats also saves kills done which each gun and accuracy. Player rank or the XP points if you don't use the stock ranking system.

These maps can only be downloaded on servers running a mod. But the HC server has no mod. I assume you know them from Obscurity server?

IceOps had a WaW server once. But I failed to get players onto it.
