If you can't open your console you have to enable it in Multiplayer Options.

Do we really punish someone if we bar someone ? I think you can bar anyone you want to. We don't harm anyone by doing this in the 1st place. I think it does not require any reasons to just bar someone.

Nah it has also other issues when we do this. If we earn money with whatever method IceOps will be seen as a company in legal views and not a private non-profit organization. If you earn money any legal penalties will be a lot higher. Just a simple advertising banner will change this status already. Quake C Ares ? That can only be C for the Quake 3 VM compiler. Basically it is very similar to real C as I can read it and use it directly. That stupid InfinityWards script language is less powerful and different from Quake C. Quake C code also compiles perfectly with a standard C compiler. That made it easy for IW to remove the q3vm from their game. I can program the Q3VM but not that IW crap.

Mhh is your PC with a modem directly connected to the internet ? If so likely you have a different IP-Address when you turn your computer back on. With a different IP-Address you have 15 - 20 minutes bantime from Activisions authentication server. The time starts to run down since you have last time joined a server.

Your rank is stored in your profiles folder. There is also a folder: Call of Duty - Modern Warfare\mods\icedr or just deathrun. There is a file deathrun.iwd and deathrun_sounds.iwd both needs to be removed.

Logs aren't a good prove. Server restarted -> old logs erased.

Sure it will work with your old hdd. It should also work when you only run it as second drive inside your PC. Until the problem is fixed months can pass. On this servers your GUID will depend on your computer configuration.
