I don't understand that either. But show us the proof he did ban evading please. Also since IANA has no more IPv4 addresses left you can see sometimes different people sharing the same IP when they are on the same ISP. That why we don't IP ban. For ban evading it is not that easy to make a new account. You need a hack tool for that. If that user could evade bans he would not really care the got banned I assume.

There played a lot people with Steam. Anyway it was more likely a server restart and not restarting of your PC fixed it.

Nope it does crash with more player onto it. -

Hardcore isn't under repair. However there is some stupid stuff on it which makes it depending on the webserver at ninja-gaming.org that one is unfortunately down. -

Well I think nobody will unban you here. You would have to prove us that it was not you who cheated at that time. However this is kinda impossible to do. Well just find a new CoD4 server. There are a lot of them. Otherwise you can of course take some money into your hands and get a replacement disk/SSD if you can't live without that server.

In CoD4 1.0 to 1.7 it gets calculated from the cdkey as well. Method: MD5 over the 1st 16 lowercase characters. But MD5 uses a custom initialization vektor.

Well enabling fullbright is some sort of cheating as you have to bypass cheatprotected cvars. However I would not permban them.

Well the double or even tripple jump makes BO3 quite not what CoDMW2 and older is. Also don't be too excited about stuff nobody has yet. What do you expect from a remastered CoD4?
