if you really want to play, just try some other servers. the iceops ones have some troubles.

the only server that is empty most of the time is KTK, but that is mostly because you need 3 players to start and waiting for that can take a long time.

Possesing or stealing an afk marines gun is forbidden as far as i know. and lame if you do so.

seems like it is missing a sound file. maybe it is corrupted, have you tried reinstalling the mod or cod?
