It's not the language, it appears the server has forced a custom font(same thing as custom skins and stuff..) onto your client when ever you join that server, don't like it? don't join that server is all i can say. I have no idea why server owners do this when it causes problems like this or people have trouble reading stuff in that font

You can put a hidden .iwd file on your server to add custom scripts. -
i hope you are aware that the wallhack/aimbot and what ever you see on that video is from the person that recorded to make it more clear he's cheating and he was most likely using it in a demo not actually in the server

and you can't use it for stock gamemodes due to detecting what commands client is using. I'm sure clans like AR51 detects aimbot depending on how fast you get kills? Maybe do something similar?

isHackweapon should already be in the _weapon.gsc, it's their to detect weapons like airstrike_mp, helicopter_mp & radar_mp i believe, try !isHackWeapon( weapon );

if you've downloaded modtools try going cod4 directory>raw>maps>mp>gametypes and you'll find all the stock scripts, if you don't have them files, you can easily grab them from here https://github.com/Call-of-Duty-Scripts/CoD4MW/tree/master/raw/maps/mp/gametypes some have already been edited with some bug fixes and such... and make sure the directory is maps>mp>gametypes and place all your scripts in gametypes. So your _07.iwd file will look something like this, from left to right For small res users - http://gyazo.com/55a8e3e82a041ffeff4590b568d92551.png then you upload it to your main folder on your server.

Either way, promod is dead and not many people are aware of how to steal keycodes so it doesn't really matter.

Yup, one of the guys that helped with openwarfare mod also helped with promod and he released the source code, people just don't know it and the people that has found them try to claim they've remade "promod" when really they most likely just edited it

Decompile the map, look at secret scripts, make a script that teleports you to certain triggers with given targetname, make it a plugin for death run, do it in cod4, PROFIT!?!?
