Depends on how bad the violation is. Also a very bad timing could do the trick getting temp banned directly. For instance when other people already have been warned or kicked and similar.

Yes I know what TeamViewer is... You can also put your hacks on a portable drive, so I can't see them.

It doesn't matter. You can turn off cheats while TeamViewer is on, but as soon you turn TeamViewer off... HACKS
