Promod Map Rotation and Self-moderation

I've been playing on your promod server for about two months now, and have recently noticed that a few stock maps were added to the rotation. While I have nothing against change, maps like ''Bloc'' considerably reduce player-base while all you can read in the chat is ''change map plz'' ''map sucks'', etc. I know that moderators aren't always here to change maps and sometimes Iceops members do not even have the authority to do so.

 

I would suggest, if possible, enabling the vote function specifically map changes when admins aren't present. This way, the server can remain populated (I've seen it go 16/18 to empty when Bloc came on) and there will be much less whining! If there is no possibilty to only enable map voting, then I think keeping it the way it is right now is the good option considering how votekicks can be abused by the community.
