Ahah old dayz isnt popular ... Minecraft server was populare because only us was in it and because people didnt have to spend 1cent on buy the game cause they were nice enough to let cracked players join. And at start it was more to play with each other not to get more people. AS arma 2 was only 4€ but nobody bothered to buy a good game for that price.

at the moment most admin that plays obs are doing exams so of course ther isnt that mmuch admins on
