I think its pretty obvious that you shouldn't be telling players these types of statements, however i am in favour of the ban being lifted and you being allowed to play again on the basis that your chat will be permanently muted.  

Hi Alfonso, I have saw the chat logs for numerous occasions and I got to say I'm disappointed dude, thought you would have been a nicer person than this! You always seemed chill in game whenever I was around.

Due to the nature of the comments, phases, words used I personally don't think you should be unmuted in game, but I do think the ban should be lifted to be allow you to play again.

This is down to a majority vote from the staff & admin teams, if the ban is lifted this will be your final chance. 

been working away from home, just as normal, been working from home for the last few years, so not much of a change there.

being part of the UK, everything is literally closed, we have strict rules not to meet anyone not unless outside, our restrictions are due to be lifted on the 5th March. 

been keeping in close contact with a number of friends who are furlough and live alone, keeping their spirits up. 

haven't been vaccinated yet!

just cant wait to get the pubs open again  !!!!!

did you purchase the game or was it cracked download? 

In regards to minimum graphics, I play on the lowest graphic settings as well, and I always have smoke from smoke grenades and maps like Countdown.

From your screenshot, you have zero smoke on any of the rocket holes on Countdown.
