I would allow them unless the shortcuts skip >= half of the map The shortcuts you mentioned, not really 'shortcuts' but time savers as it takes some seconds for the traps to move away.

I like the idea but not the rank names in particular. Bronze/Silver/Gold are too cliche imo and I think they could be much more creative/funny EDIT Black => Hopeless/Peasant Bronze => Casual Silver => Master Gold => Legendary/Addict

Well this is kinda wrong. Only the player self can see his commands Oh yes in cod4x these commands are private...of course. I was assuming the situation in a vanilla server with B3/Manu admin mods. However like Lookout I'm also not confident that a call admin system could work. It actually can work if players are able to do !calladmin and then there is a page on this website (e.g. iceops.in/moderate) where logged in clan members can see that message. The GUID of the reported player will also be shown. Even better if all members get a notification every time someone calls admin. But then again all this is gonna take lots of work and time in troubleshooting.

Doublepost cuz I wanna emphasise why !calladmin is also a bad idea: Cheater is aimbotting like crazy... A responsible citizen does !calladmin Cheater sees that in the chat... Cheater leaves the game! Therefore cheater never caught. P.S. @AlpHA its nice to see your concern about the issue of cheaters and trying to come up with ideas. Please don't take offence because I disagree with them (and I hope most clan members will), its nothing personal against you. Again I say I appreciate the effort you make in contributing to IceOps.

No no and no. We shouldn't let any player know that an admin is online or not because that will make cheating ingame even easier. Think through a cheater's perspective: Joins the server clean...Uses !online and checks if admins are online...None are online, so injects hacks, boom!Someone else joins the game...Cheater uses !online again to check if he is admin, which he is!Cheater turns hacks off and plays dumb. Therefore cheater is never caught.

Your modem and router must have a reset button on the back (usually you have to use a little pin to press it in). Reset your modem as well as router by pressing and holding the reset buttons for 8 seconds. Then connect to your modem and set it up with login/password of your ISP (hope you have it). This might just fix things

Same problem recently! I created a new cfg keeping my old binds, placed it into the "main" folder. Then ingame I created a new cfg especially for obs and did /exec new.cfg in console. I tried lots of Dvars but none worked so basically just download a sexy promod cfg and exec it!

Yeah Crazy is an active player on the server (and also pretty skilled/experienced IMO) but he has some flaws: nearly no forum activityalways forgets to wear his iceops tag (when he does, he uses name = "IceOps|Cr0c") ​so I think the decision is fair. About MagicItemz? I don't think he's shown up in the past 6 months or so.

To be fair StormBreak is a pretty old and regular player on obscurity server and I never saw him being suspicious at all. Sometimes he gets good kills whereas other times he's pretty unlucky and scores low. Other than that he is a friendly person and always a delight to see online. Considering these facts I don't think he cheated/hacked and this might just be a misconception
