I don't see any abuse here. As Nitro said, he did his job. When admins warn people does not necessarily mean that you can see the warnings (warn command). Besides, if an admin does not do his/her job, then it is up to us to deal with the matter. Not yours (especially since you don't know how we operate). Closed.

As I recall right, you were permanently banned. Your ban only expired now since we currently use tempban, surpirse: 1 Month equals permanent (hack/banhopping).

You obviously can't see it there. But I can send you the log-file and you can see it for yourself. It was late yesterday and I summerized it in my post instead of copy&paste everything. I talked to FlowingGas, too. He told me that this is a misunderstanding and that he doesn't recall the situation right. I reviewed the log, he did not say he is admin, but he didn't said no either. After reviewing the logs (thanks @Mc.Joker for your help), gathering all information the case turns out to be the following: FlowingGas did leave the impression of being an admin (but not say or impersonate admin). Since he (FG) couldn't do anything against the teamkilling, K-Literal decided to seek his own justice. (Fact is and still remains: You did teamkill) Shadow unfortunetly didn't use the warn-command, leaving K-Literal again with the impression of a fake admin online Shadow tried to figure out afk guys by tagging and healing, giving K-Literal again the impression of a teamkiller (Just go spectator next time) As a result, the misunderstanding occured and he (KL) teamkilled shadow. (Fact: Again, teamkill) On top of what happened, you used bad language and you did insult others. Considering all the circumstances including your appeal, you will stay banned for a total of 1 day (24 hours). [align=center]- Admins can't do what they want. But players neither. 9 years old man. Give me a break. Let him have a fun childhood and in the case he should brag about it to his friends when he is a teenager, then you can beat him anytime. But don't make it too easy for him to win, he should still have a challenge in doing so. (Fyi, you don't have to let him win everytime. Just keep it balanced and let him win a little bit more often like 60%-40%)

If he so emotional about it, just let him win. I think you don't need to proove yourself to him. When he is older you can ask him if he wants a real challenge

Sure, when I open the demo I only see a black screen with his white name on top. Neither /r_gamma 3 nor NVG don't work.

Leaving as activator equals an acti-suicide, less the intention. iPufferfish, so many cut rounds by throwing an activators life away ruining it for others. Actually, depending on several factors ofc, activator suicide is banned up to 2-3 days. Next time I strongly suggest you leave in time before a new round starts.
