Hm, I have just checked. For bad language, he should have only gotten a Comms Block/Mute, and not a temp ban... @Prime Otherwise, what is the point of comms block; for advertisement, spam and bad language etc

1. Play using another profile which you do not use to play Deathrun online. 2. Run Iceops DR mod. 3. In console type /devmap <map name here> (ie map_dr_diehard or whatever) That is all you need to do to play offline, if I remember correctly from last time.

Calling Blandum a 'he' deserves perm ban.. On a serious note, you say that sending info for a 1v1 server is not advertising. If that's not, then what is? Giving out any form of information for a server is advertising, doesn't matter whether it is a permanent server or a temporary one. And like the others have said, there is no way to see that it is a 'password' server, so please, stop complaining; it was a 1hr ban, you caught it lucky there... And Ping Lag (especially to gain an advantage in the maps) is not allowed, no. Just to clarify.

I would say, we need proof of him reconnecting straight after, or else he might have genuinely needed to have gone off. I personally wouldn't give him a ban without the proof of reconnecting, and I would only give like 1hr or so.

The thing I find with this however, is that everyone always asks what the preferred fps should be, which is always 125 for the most part, if you were to play the normal routes of maps. Therefore, despite being a good idea, i do not think it is necessary to have one on deathrun. With map secrets however, if someone doesnt already know what fps to use, then they shouldnt really be going into the secret in my opinion; they should learn for themselves and practise outside of the server, or just ask someone. But like I said, for the most part it is always 125, so an fps counter/display or whatever isn't that necessary

Like I mentioned, if his message is censored out (which it is in the screenshot) then I personally don't believe it is ban worthy. Ill watch out in game for him, and if I see him do it again ill communication block him for a bit, but as of now Im not taking any action. So, unless someone else wants to take action? (which I believe is not that necessary in this case).

This proof image does not support the report for him. Either we need some genuine proof or we cant ban him; cursing should also be censored, so unless he bypassed it he doesnt need any ban.

I believe his id can be seen in a small screenshot above the chat console screenshots? Edit: I believe the server is deathrun also; you can see the 'Jumpers Left' in the top right behind the console.
