FPS fluctuates with the new version of cod4x and they could be locked at 250 but can still show to be over. Make sure you do $ministatus more than once and take SS's.

Yes you can make/use Gun Skins, You can even have edited textures(Like Buildings,The Sky,Roads etc) just not something that gives you a disadvantage over the opposing teams, Like Enemy/Teammate Skins that are different colors.

Edited textures/Skins(For your weapons) are fine- As long as it doesn't give you an advantage over other players- From what I can see the skins you have on the enemies makes them more visible than they really are, and in my book that makes it a disadvantage for the opposing players.

When you're viewing it make sure your weaponcycle command is set to 500, otherwise it'll be a black screen.

However, You're responsible for your account and your account only- If you let others use it or vice versa then the blame is solely upon your shoulders(Or them if you played on theirs and got them banned).

Since players do bounces on maps with 250 FPS and you still make sound with that, We decided on capping the limit at 250 and making it a rule, Hope this helped clarified it for you.

Yes, you can kindly tell Monkey when there aren't any admins that the max FPS is 250.

Changed the ban to Perm as this said player has been tempbanned for too many times for the same thing.

No, as a Marine they are not, I repeat NOT allowed to go out of the map. We have a rule about Glitching.

You would have to ask Joker or LookOut about that, but you also have to think of other players, not all go AFK but instead camp or play dead, which is a tactic.

Possessing/Taking an AFK players' weapons isn't technically a rule-- But when I play I try to make sure no one does it as for me it counts as teamkilling. (Also this keeps the mod more entertaining) But technically it isn't a rule. But I DO warn players for doing this none-the-less.

Nope, But I remember doing a firing mode multiple times and it happened(Thought it was another Ob that teleported me, since that's possible) though I don't remember if it was under the Static-- I doubt it was as this was when I only used Push.

From what I recall-- it could be done with any fire mode.

We are using a new banning system which is better than the previous way- Since we are using this one, bans under GUID's cannot be unbanned in this system I'm afraid. If you're using a cracked key and it was not you, then get another cracked key.

But bans for cheating are not tolerated here and will NOT be unbanned.

I just look for the same IP Adresses, and if they are both playing I leave them be, if one is in spectator then-- Well I can't reveal all my secrets to the public

Not if its a cracked server. I don't however remember if we went back to being a non-cracked server. If not then you just need a keygen to get a fake key and Voilà.
