Pussy is a word you would use to insult someone, at least i think so. If no one else agrees with my point of view on this, he was passing the swear block.

It could be used as a derogatory term, though that would rely on context and since there isn't any, we can't know. I imagine saying something like this once would result in a warning, since he did bypass the censor, but a ban? That seems excessive, at the very least.

I agree with him on this, he is still breaking a rule (Rule #4, I believe) In a perfect world there would be punishment for this, but if you did it to this guy for saying "pu ssy" you would have to do it to all the other people that say things worse than this and get away with it.
