As for legal problems. NNJ has no right to his mod as all mods made on a call of duty platform are owned by the Activision. On the other hand he does not need to give the files to anyone and I highly doubt @RevaX that someone new to QueryC can fix something that NNJ can't (No offence). As for ninja's recommendation on using a different mod is far fetched. No one is willing to work on a 10 year old game. Try to deal with the bug. Maybe NNJ will have a look at it if he gets some time.

Have you tried using the drive with cables instead of hotswap bays? It could just be the connector problem.

1. Download a program to uncompress rar files (WinRAR). 

2. Download the mod HERE.

3. Open the the compressed file using the program mentioned in the first step

4. Hit the extract button or drag and drop the folder inside into one of the following folder paths.

              A.  64 bit none Steam -----  C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods\

              B.  32 bit none Steam -----  C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods\

There currently is a Discord server that IceOps runs but I don't update it much and only use it when the teamspeak has problems.

I'm guessing you're adding extra ranks? You need to add the images to the specific folder and use the icon table to link them with the rank. I suggest testing current icons and linking them to the new ranks to check your using the icon table right.

MWR... It's good but isn't much point in buying it if you are on PC. Cod4 is just as fun and there are plenty of mods and servers so there is no real reason. Console is another story which is why I have it on ps4. It's fun to reminisce then it gets boring again.

Highly doubt they will allow it to be a standalone... they are using it to boost sales of IW which is making most people pay the extra money.

Come on dude I said permission for sale of the mod not modifying it. Also, I bet you didn't create the gun models.... of course you didn't. You 'modified' deathrun.... You 'modified' VIP.... Did you actually create anything for yourself? Probably not.

So i got a message recently from @S!r.ReaDy trying to sell me 'his deathrun'.  I thought i would share the message with everything wrong with it. 

Okay so firstly he names things that he has in his deathrun which are mostly not his idea/work ie VIP but this is not the first fault. The first one would be selling Deathrun overall, He has only modified the original deathrun mod which was made by braxi and I highly doubt braxi has let him. He then mentions a !getss which is a codx feature which he is stupid enough to try to sell to me even though codx is used on all of our servers.

 

Don't fall for this sale because you can probably find all the 'custom' things if you look hard enough.

The banning for impersonation is a more recent rule which is why it's not on the rules page. I do not see a reason for you to be banned but until @Mc.Joker Has something to say I won't unban you. In fairness you might as well just wait for the ban to finish.

Sorry for the long reply. Assuming i can get people to play for us we definitely can play but I wont be playing as i have event on that day. Ill figure it out.

First of all 1.3 and 1.2 are representing the versions of the mod. All updated version of deathrun seem to be empty and our 1.2 server is #1. So instead of forcing the update upon people I would rather just give them the choice. Your argument doesn't make any sense at all.

1.3 server is a 'TEST' server. Please try one of our others out thanks.
