I'm currently running apache2 on my website and I'm really having trouble getting this to work...

but I want that layout to be the default for all apache directories because the rest of the directories look like this:

Any suggestions on how to change the default layout?

Yeah, you need to link it from the base dir of your www in htaccess

Ok, all of it's been fixed... Just created a header file and a footer file so that it reads from that, in the header, there is the start of the table and in the footer, there is the end of the table.
