I can't do anything because you didn't add the UID/GUID.

for the next time:

Open console(~ key under esc)[Full console: shift+~]

type: $ministatus

find their name, and get their uid/guid.

That means that they have CoD4X installed. A new kind of guid/uid that works with steam.
