Non Modded Server - Overwrite stock gametype

Guys, how can I modify maps/mp/gametypes/dm.gsc (I want to put an AntiCamp function inside) and to run the server without mods? Can someone explain me the procedure? I am trying to solve it a week now. Thanks for advance!

Putting that file with same folder structure into a zip file called main/localized_english_iw07.iwd

Yes you need CoD4X or the mod tools.

you need to run 1.7a .exe file but it wont let me upload it to puu.sh i will upload later tonight

I downloaded cod417a_dedrun.exe and ran the server. I changed map with the command "map mp_backlot" to see if the server is running and it was ok. But when I tried to connect to my server, I couldn't. Do I have to configure anything else?

You need to make sure you're not running the server on port 28960. Try run the server on 28962

I put command set sv_showasranked "1" in config file but it doesn't work.
