problem connetion on IceOps Hardcore HighXP (ERROR: update manually)

Hello everybody,

I have a problem to connecte IceOps Hardcore HighXP

I have a message:

ERREUR:

can not connect to serveur because the update backend is unvailable

to join this serveur you have to install the required update manually

CoD4X18 Installation files

In some cases the automatic installation of CoD4X18 fails or the automatic updatebackend is not available. You have to do the following to install the CoDX18 Client manually:

How to install it?

#1 Download the cod4xclient from here: http://cod4x.me/cod4x18_v15client.zip

#2 Extract the cod4x18_v15client.zip file to CoD4 install dir.

#3 Enter the extracted folder and run install.cmd. In many cases you have to right-clickinstall.cmd and run as admin (especially if you have installed cod4 into C:\Program Files (x86)\)

How to uninstall it?

ok i download and i Extract the cod4x18_v15client.zip file to" CoD4 install dir." sorry i'm french and my COD4... where is" cod4 install dir."

it is into C:/program files (x86)/activision/call of duty 4- Modern Warfare??? i extract here and is not working???

or/mods????

Yes. you follow the instructions excatly as is says. Your CoD4 install dir is the place where you installed CoD4.

It's just like u said.

It's where all the files are. So don't go into mods just the map: Call of Duty 4 - modern warfare

is good update installed in:

C:/program files (x86)/activision/call of duty 4- Modern Warfare

i have extract cod4x18_v15client.zip and you have " cod4x18_v15client."

and you open "cod4x18_v15client".

you copy all files(mss32.dll,...ect) and copy and replace in call of duty 4- Modern Warfare

your update is installed

Usually you run the install.cmd

That works only for you this way because you have already other required files installed.​
