Please describe what happened: 

He was wasting time in bounce room and was not able to do it after about 3 minutes of everyone spamming b42 he managed to kill activator and later he was toxic a lot

@Murderousdog If you were at the toilet, the AFK would have killed you.

I can confirm this, he was harassing me all the time and saying "Fucking dumb admins" Heres the proof also proof of wasting time look at the time bottom corner.

Tempbanned 1 day, because it is his first offense with offensive language. 

About the time wasting, @Chemy @Cold, do not hunt for reports. 

He was not time wasting, and the reaction of Dog is just a little bit out of our boundary's.
