Keep in mind that becoming a pro doesn't happen over night, only practise makes you perfect. 

I'd say if the game gets you too frustrated, you are tryharding too much and only way to prevent that is just take a chill and try to enjoy other players achievements in game. ( worked for me a while ago )

Just dont give up, take hints from the other players and use them in future.

Please describe what happened: 

Mr-yung played with us yesterday when moderators didn't have powers on the server, he suddenly left the game and a new player connected right after with name " IceOps|IsGAY " and his IP address fits with mr-yung.

I've been thinking leaving iceops for a while now since the community is going a deep downhill. It might be just be but i've made my decision.

I've made few good friends on my journey with IceOps family and i hope we can stay in touch even when im not part of the clan after this.

What i've noticed, new maps have made our promod server unpopular.

Whenever one of the custom maps comes in rotation, players leave the server, and whenever a custom map comes, players who stays on the server is asking if a admin can change it.

Imo these maps should be removed and leave promod as a promod.

For now on, whenever i see someone picking up on faharen will be banned for 1-3 days, this have gone too far because even our " server moderator " keeps it going.

If you mean the glitch where you can jump to balcony is really different than the one in bananaphone. 

The apocalypse one is glitching on purpose, you cant even call it as an shortcut since it's slower than regural way. 

Offence is not worth of 3 days unless there's something on background that i dont know.

Not worth of 1 month in my opinion but let's hear others opinions.

Hello, i haven't seen the proof yet for your ban and i really cant say anything but in my opinion a month is way too harsh for this offence.
