Errors When making a map

Well the file you are trying to compile doesn't seem to exist.

Can't you just open your compile tools and click compile?

the compile tool have 5 buttons complile BSP

witch gives me the first error then build fast file gives me the 2nd one

Yes, first you need to select your map on the list (if it's not there - you did something wrong), and then click on the compilation buttons in order.

Google is your friend. If you can't compile it for the first time then GL with finishing the map.

Nope. I've used to map and never got such error. I bet he is trying to compile something that doesn't exist (at least that's what the errors say).

Also, where and how did you install the modtools?

I unziped the mod tools then put them in my call of duty 4 folder
