As Kelm stated, if u really gonna make a post of it, try to put some effort on it, since the more specific and detailed u are, the more helpfull would probly be the reply. Still, nowadays, the not understanding english excuse is kinda old. I know google translator still lacks of some universal languages, like orcish, but its still a pretty helpfull tool. A small tip mate, helping such guys usually only brings frustration, that is if you are lucky and don't get offended too much.
