It came to my liking straight away, though I was sad to find out it was still in development. A few days back I got an email, telling me it's opening in beta this Tuesday. Like @Kienio said, you'll be emailed that you have access to the beta, first batch of beta emails goes out sometime today. Once you get the email your account will be able to download it via the battle.net client. There's no keys or anything for this, just your account being allowed beta access.
