Why " 897763520 " ?

And PlayerID is always starting with "[U:32" so I do not put it, admins are smart I guess

We have made up this rule so we have a clear line in what is allowed and what is not allowed. 

If we will allow this, people will abuse this rule exception and we lose all control over this rule.
