Yes this glitch is possible while activator is moving towards a specific trap in Dragonball.
 
But without having his GUID , he cannot be banned. If you are lucky and have it please post it here, otherwise follow @rami's instructions on how to report a cheater next time, it will be much better

On Steam main page/ window, go to top left (View) and Search the list for 'Screenshots'. There is where all your screenshots will be. And if you want to copy them somewhere select ' Show on disk' and it will open the location on explorer. Hope this was helpful enough

Would this be considered glitching? He's in the open and not gaining much of an advantage from it. I may be wrong though

come on, if that's glitching im a duck lmao, thats such a well known spot on crash that it should be punishable if you never actually went there.

I am experienced in HC and that's basically a jump spot.  So therefore it is allowed.

Next time record a demo using "/record [playername]"

I do not know whether this is that bad. I could even say that he is pro. I always shoot through walls in classic cod/ promod.
Calculating where the player will be and where to shoot is not something a 'noob' can do.
Whether or not, this is possible in real life too. If a 'wall' is too thin and the bullet has much power , it is possible to go through the 'wall' .

this ain't proof for wallhack. You need to have a demo like @Joe said.

Just thought I'd reiterate that he has to make a demo, just to make it clear.

Use $ministatus in game, then Shift+` to open full console.
Find the player from the list and their GUID will be displayed next to their name.
