It doesn't seem anyone has banned him yet. I will give him a 3d Comms Block, as I believe that is what he deserves from the content of what he is spamming; bringing in someone's race/religion is not accepted.

he asked for time then people said ok and he played for 1 minute or less then he did b42

By the way, about the report, i already asked for time, infact most of them told me to try and no problem, i tried few tries and b42.

As a community we all know that on deathrun there are a lot of gliches, bugs, wallgliches to kill acti etc... 
 
So to make IceOps the best deahtrun server without gliches and bugs we wanted all of you to get involved in the fixing process of the maps that have bugs.
 
So far the maps that I can personally recall that have gliches are:
 
mp_dr_anotherworld - Wallbang acti 
mp_dr_skydeath - Glich to get to secret (1 fps glich) 
mp_dr_glass3 - Wallbang acti glich
mp_dr_wtf - Wallbang Acti Glich
 
Any other maps please feel free to post below and I will add them to the list.
 
I have attempted myself to fix these maps and lets say it went horribly wrong XD
 
If the community could work together to fix these it would be fantastic and the IceOps community would be much appreciative of you.

His comms are now blocked for 3 days. So he can join but not type.

We have always banned for spamming as it's pretty annoying. 
But I agree that it's not fair but the other's are lucky. There isn't enough proof for it but yours shows alot of spamming.
 
Ban will be reduced to 1 day.
