Here's my thought:
What if we host an internal knockout tournament for our community only at first if we get enough participants, to see how it goes before thinking about facing off other Clans?
 
• We set a specific day and time (ie. We might say Each stage of the tournament will be held on every Sunday evening @ 20:00hrs GMT until the end of the tournament!) and make sure everyone who has said they will participate can actually make their games! Of course, dates and times will be agreed on beforehand so players can state whether they will be available or not.
• Depending on how many people who are interested, we essentially put everyone's name (Members, Leaders, Users etc. - anyone who wanted to participate, no matter whether you are a Member/Moderator or not!) into a hat and drawn at RANDOM to determine the teams. This way, we scramble up the teams to make it fair, so that each team has different skill levels, and it would also ensure that people get to know one another if they haven't met the players on their team before etc.
• We can create a knockout style tournament - like you see with the eSport games such as CS:GO tournaments; Team A Vs Team B, whilst Team C Vs Team D, then the winning team of both games will play each other for the final etc. (Please see the following link to get a better understanding of what I mean >> http://prnt.sc/e8z1bd)
• Not only could we play tournaments for fun, but perhaps we could reward winners with a prize of some sort? (ie. We could maybe give the players on the winning team Steam keys, maybe some CS:GO skins, or maybe even Donator Rank on our servers for a limited time? Or if anyone is willing to purchase a prize rewards to give away that would be good also!)
 
Overall, by doing something like this can create a stronger bond between our whole community, not only for Members to get to know one another better, but for us to get to know some of the players who play on our servers also! We could then use any internal tournaments we play to get an idea of player's skills, to determine an actual team for if we play any other Clans!

It's a great game imo, paid £15 for the bad boy 

I enjoyed the first 2 season, but only got to episode 7 on season 3 because I kind of got bored of it. I should probably watch the rest of the season at some point, when I get the chance  

It's hardcore, you die from one shot with a pistol across the map. You just need to find other ways of killing them. If they camp, why don't you camp too? Same with the grenade launcher, if it annoys you, use it yourself.

Either way though, level 10 isn't that high and it won't take that long to get back.
I believe the only way you can change your rank is by donating and receiving the VIP menu to give yourself xp. (correct me if I'm wrong)

Dont even bother, this player and his other paga friends has been banned multiple times over the years, on my server as well lol. Theres probably ton of proof in the banned player section. I also remember very clearly that it got so bad that we were allowed to permban any paga member who broke any rule. 

I am very certain there is a difference. Don't come up with little exceptions.

At the time of writing that statement I was not aware of what had been done, only that a few names had been changed; I was not aware of the extent it had been taken too! I see now why this actions have taken place since!..

I actually do, thank you, staring at the screen in a dark basement for 16 hours daily really ruins my vision.

I was able to give myself head member, which led me to be able to give myself system admin. So I thought id have a bit of fun before I left the clan, but you beat me to it (if its luke and joe you're refferering to, they werent there)
 
 
A little bit of back story.
 
According to Kelm I was allowed to be in iceops and have 4x3 at the same time, (I had 4x3 before I joined iceops) but after some time I wanted to focus more on 4x3 so I decided to leave iceops. I only talked with Synd about it and it was his choice to leave iceops, I didnt make him do anything, he wanted to. Same goes with any other member who might have left, I dont remember any if they did. 
 
Just wanted to clear up that misinformation.
 
 
Reasons I wanted to leave;
 
I dont play cod4 and I dont talk with anyone in the clan besides Kienio, Chewie and MixR

Unfortunately we have to let a member go. He was part of our clan for quite some time. He had been a member first at November 18, 2013 till July 8, 2014. He created his own clan and even managed to take some of our prior members with him. Despite that we gave him a second chance so he became member again on August 19, 2015. However he decided to become hostile again.
Yesterday Rewbin has used his permissions on our TS3 server to misconfigure it totally. He renamed our clan on channels and information pages. Also he edited the TS-server rules in such a manner so our clan is presented as a racist clan to TS-server visitors. Most likely he did this to have a lot of fun with 2 former members of IceOps and 1 member on the cost of IceOps. For this reason we have to let our member Rewbin go.
 
Rewbin's membership is now revoked.

Sorry for the bump, but I'd say permban him next time.
 
For those who doesn't know, he is an ex-member of the infamous paga clan, all of their members has been banned multiple times, dronken said himself he left the clan.
A few months back I saw pagamaster (their "leader" I suppose) but I'm not too active so I don't know if he's still playing, though he wasn't causing any trouble as I was there. My point is after all these years after constantly banning these players, I'd say a good ol'permban is in order c:
 
Also maybe a couple of years ago or so, I believe we came to a sort of understanding, that if we saw any of the paga players break one single rule, we would permban them.
 
My opinion on the matter.
