I also added a 3d temp ban to his UID since this insulting a religion. 
Which can be harmful to other players. And we do not tolerate behavior like this in our servers.

To be honest. I think we should get the old server back that we lent to them and restart dr as IceOps has really just literary died since then...

First of all, i do not see how this is spamming.
Also this is not enough to ban him for spamming neither bad language/offensive language.

Changed the ban to Perm as this said player has been tempbanned for too many times for the same thing.

Be a little bit more patient
The day ban is a 24 hours ban. And not a "wednesday expires at 00;00" ban. This is why you were not able to play in the First case. But you are able to play now.

Problem with marty and tube is cuz of the maps which are voted again and again, especially killhouse or ambush are spawnkills. There is no tactic nor skill you can use to avoid being hit by it.
 
No need to mention the other maps since it's the same everywhere.
